Google+ Is Going To Mess Up The Internet

I am fed up with Google+ on Mac OS X. If I try to assign someone following me to a circle I get the error that I have reached my daily limit. This is even if I haven't assigned anyone to a circle in days or even weeks. Adding to circles doesn't work on Mac Desktop browsers. It has rarely if ever worked, all they have done is change the error message.

If I can't assign people to a circle what use are circles?  And without the ability to post to Google+ from other sites Google+ is an isolated island.

Mark, can't tell if these are your words or from Jon. Regardless, I've had no probs whatsoever with circle management using G+ on Mac OS X (Snow Leopard), FWIW. Prefer it to FB.
